Sanity Redemption
You don't need your sanity — send it to us!
The Sanity redemption program is a way to get free stuff from Fantasy Flight Games. On the back of every Call of Cthulhu booster pack is a small circle that says "1 Sanity." COC players can also win Sanity certificates by participating in sponsored tournaments. A first-place winner in a sponsored tournament will win 80 SAN, second place 40, and third place 20.
Sanity certificates do have an expiration date, so make sure to use them before they expire! The Sanity Redemption program will officially end on June 30, 2008. All card stock Sanity Points will be honored until that date. Orders post-marked July 1, 2008 and later will not be processed.
You can mail in these Sanity points to FFG in exchange for certain products. The exact list of items available for redemption varies over the course of the year, but you are always able to redeem for a selection of promo cards and booster packs from the most recent base set. At other times we might also offer t-shirts, faction-specific power counters, stone domain cards, or other COC-related products. You can see a full list of our currently available items below. Please note that we will update this list as our stock levels change, and the order form may not have the most up-to-date information.
To order these products, please fill out the order form and mail it to us along with your Sanity and the appropriate postage. You can send in your Sanity in any form, as long as you send the correct amount for what you're ordering — but it's easier for us if you organize them in a way that makes it easy for us to count. Some people paste their Sanity points onto a sheet of paper. Some people staple the Sanity points together, in sets of 10. We don't really care, as long as it's relatively easy for us to count.
Postage
If you're mailing in your Sanity, we ask that you also send along enough postage to cover the cost of mailing the product to you. If you live in the USA or Canada, please send a check or money order covering the postage cost. If you live elsewhere, please send International Reply Coupons (IRCs) in the amount necessary.
Our order forms also include a field for credit card information if you'd rather pay that way. We take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please make sure that the name on the card is the same as the "ship to" field!
Most Sanity orders are processed within two weeks of our receiving them, so US customers can expect to receive their orders within 4 weeks. International customers should expect to wait up to several weeks longer. During especially busy times of the year (December holiday season, for example, or the weeks surrounding GenCon Indy), it may take up several additional weeks to process your order.
